This page is only intended for IOSS/VAT use by EU-based customers. Any other orders will be immediately refunded and may incur unnecessary transaction fees.

RULES OF PURCHASE

• There is a 2kg weight limit for each order placed. This is due to IOSS weight restrictions on parcels. Please place multiple individual orders where necessary. We are not able to manually add extra IOSS payments to dispatch one order in multiple parcels. Orders that exceed the 2kg weight limit will be immediately refunded.

• Please note that we do NOT accept discount/promo codes on these purchases. This will result in an immediate refund and possible cancellation of your subscription and/or ban from future sales.

• These items are not valid for our reward system. Any points that are wrongfully gained will be manually subtracted from your account.

All subscription and special edition titles are processed and shipped individually as these orders are dispatched via our third-party fulfillment centre.
